Casey Hasten, Founder
Casey is known as a SUPER CONNECTOR. She is the visionary mind, heart and soul behind the Destination Awaken Movement and a passionate advocate of empowered alignment. Casey’s personal journey from accountant to recruiter, certified coach and now CEO & Entrepreneur has opened her mind and energy to the possibilities of living a life that is energetically aligned to your destiny. She is now on a mission to help others with their journey.

Karen Gray, Co-Founder
Karen is known as the team’s AMPLIFIER. As an adoptee, she learned to hide her true self, and her power in order to accomodate and please others. Through her coaching journey, she learned to accept her power, embrace her calling and now she has joined Casey on a mission to enable others to acknowledge and embrace their journey, calling, and power - and then live it fully.
About Us
Casey and Karen met while enrolled in the iPEC Coaching Certification Program in March of 2020. As they were going through the program, they were paired up in a peer coaching group and became friends. Through their personal development journeys Casey fell in love with productivity journals but couldn’t find a journal that had all of the parts she needed and wanted. One day she had a vision for the “AWAKEN: Your Potential” Journal and they went about creating it (with the help of Steve Rutherford and several others). Karen bought 9 Journals and they put together all of the parts they loved from each one to create “THE PERFECT JOURNAL/PLANNER/PRODUCTIVITY BOOK. As they discovered more about themselves, coaching, and energy work - Casey’s vision of “AWAKENING” expanded and Karen helped to clarify, amplify, and explode that vision into the program you now see in this website. Throughout their coaching certification, networking journey and over time - they have quickly become Best Friends, turned Business Partners in this Destination AWAKEN Journey.
They are now committed to helping you co-create your own reality, focus your energy, and become intentional with your mindset because they understand the power and change that can happen as a result. Together, Casey & Karen have created the “Awakened” experience in hopes that YOUR JOURNEY would bring you to the place where you will WAKE UP TO YOUR TRUTH to LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE!
Most of us have been taught or have learned to live two totally separate lives. We’re told to present our best version as our public facing persona / professional life and then we relax or change for our private, personal and spirititual life. Casey & Karen’s vision was to create a community and platform where likeminded people who want to live ONE fully authentic life that is aligned to our truth, could come together to find support, opportunities, trusted resources, and trusted connections.
